Promotion Period:
The Valentine's Day Promotion ("Promotion") is valid from 7th February to 14th February (inclusive) 2025.

Promo Code:
To redeem the discount, customers must use the promotional code VDAY2025 during the checkout process.

Eligibility:

The Promotion is applicable to all users who book and complete a home service via the Sendhelper app or website during the Promotion Period.

A minimum spend of $75 is required to qualify for the Promotion.

Discount Details:

Users will receive a 10% discount on any home service completed during the Promotion Period when using the promo code.

The maximum discount that can be redeemed is $20.

The discount applies only to the cost of labor for non-hourly services; material charges are excluded.

Redemption Limit:

Each user is eligible to redeem the discount only once during the Promotion Period.

Service Limitations:

The Promotion applies solely to one-time home services and does not apply to subscription services.

General Conditions:

The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

Sendhelper reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
