Terms and Conditions

1. The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of Singapore.

2. To enter, participants must follow all instructions listed in the caption.

3. The top winner will be awarded a $100 Sendhelper voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
   ‍
4. The winner will be selected based on the highest number of likes received for his/her comment on the giveaway post. In the event of a tie, the voucher will be equally divided among the winners.  
   ‍
5. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within five days of the end of the giveaway. The winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winners do not respond within the allotted time, Sendhelper may choose alternate winners.

6. By entering the giveaway, participants grant Sendhelper the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 
   ‍
7. By participating in the giveaway, participants release Sendhelper from any liability arising from the giveaway or the prize.

8. Sendhelper reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, for any reason.

9. The giveaway is governed by the laws of Singapore. The prize is sponsored by Sendhelper.
