Terms & Condition

1. Up to 50% off will be applied automatically to one-time cleaning services with successful input of the promotional code 'FSJUNE' on the Sendhelper app or website. This promotion is not valid with recurring services, other discounts or promotions.    

2. The promotional code is only valid during days and time periods as mentioned in our communications.  

3. Bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.  Due to the limited availability of cleaning slots, we cannot guarantee that all bookings using the promotional code will be fulfilled.

4. The promotional code 'FSJUNE' can only be used once per user.    

5. Claimants shall be required to key in the promotional code 'FSJUNE' to get the discount. No discount will be applied to bookings completed without the promo code.  

6. A minimum spending of $75 is required to successfully apply the promotional code.

7. A maximum $45 discount will be applied to a successful booking.  

8. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period. If you wish to cancel and re-book, please contact us at info@sendhelper.com or +65 93875891.

9. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

10. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.  

11. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
