Terms & Condition

1. $25 will be applied on the first booking of any home service with successful input of the promo code “FIRST25” on the Sendhelper app.
2. This promotion is not valid with recurring services, other discounts or promotions.
3. Offer is valid with bookings done between 1st December 2022 and 31st March 2023 and completed between 1st December 2022 and 31st March 2023.
4. The promo code “FIRST25” is applicable to first-time users and can be used once only.
5. Claimants shall be required to key in the promo code “FIRST25” to get the offer. If the claimant fails to apply the promo code "FIRST25" at the time of booking, the booking shall be deemed not eligible for the promotion.
6. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period.
7. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
8. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
9. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
