Christmas Advent Promo: $100 per Referral

Terms & Conditions

Referrer:

1. You ("Referrer") will receive free $100 credits in total ($50+$50) for every successful referral during 11th and 31st December2023 ("Promotion Period').

2.  The "Referee" must be a first-time user and book a service using your unique referral code to qualify you for free credits.

3. The "Referee" must not cancel the booking.

4. Email us at info@sendhelper.com to claim the extra $50 credits as soon as the Referee successfully books a home service.

5.The additional credits will be added to customers’ Sendhelper account within 3 days after receiving the claim request via email.

6. Credits must be utilised within 12 months of purchase.

7. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Credits cannot be used to book recurring services.

9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

10. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

11. Sendhelper is not responsible for any technical issues, lost emails, or delays in claiming free credits.

12. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

13. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.

14. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information & a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.

Referee:

1. A $50 discount will be applied to the first booking of a home service when a unique referral code, shared by an existing Sendhelper customer("promo code"), is successfully entered on the Sendhelper app or website.

2. To be eligible for this promotion, a minimum spending of $75 is required.

3. This promo code cannot be used with recurring services, other discounts, or promotions.  

4. The promo code can only be used once per user.

5. The discount will be applied to labour charges only for non-hourly services.

6. The customer whose referral code was applied will also receive$50 in credits upon the successful completion of a service.

7. To avail of the offer, claimants must enter the promo code during the booking process. Failure to apply the promo code at the time of booking will render the booking ineligible for the promotion.

8. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
