Terms & Conditions

1. Book and complete a Cleaning, Aircon and Handyman service with the code FREESERVICE between 7th and 31st December 2023 and contact our customer service team at info@sendhelper.com or via WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim a free service of equivalent value.
2. This promotion is applicable to new users only who have not completed a service before on the Sendhelper platform.
3. This promotion can be used only once per user.
4. For Aircon Servicing and Handyman services, the promotion is applicable for normal services only. The value of add-ons, material charges or customised services will not be taken into account.
5. This promotion is not valid for recurring services or AC Servicing Annual Contracts; and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
6. Users eligible for the promotion can schedule the complimentary service on any day in February 2024. The complimentary session will be scheduled by us according to the availability of service providers.
7. The maximum value for complimentary services is limited to $500.
8. Users are not permitted to cancel any bookings pertaining to this campaign during the promotion period.
9. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
10. Sendhelper's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
11. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
