Terms and Conditions

1. Users who successfully book and complete a service in any of the categories:
   - Ad-hoc / One-time Cleaning
   - One-time Aircon Servicing (applicable for normal service, not including any adds-on or customized services)
   - Handyman Service (eg. Electrician, Plumber, Furniture Assembly, etc. Maximum charge of $500)  
   between 13th and 31st October 2023 will be entitled to 1 free service of their choice which is equal in value to the paid first service.  
   a) Existing Users (i.e., users who have previously booked and completed a service with Sendhelper) will be able to avail the offer by booking via
              - Mobile Application
              - Our Website (www.sendhelper.com)
   
   Once a booking has been made via the above methods, at any point in time, contact our customer service team at info@sendhelper.com or via WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim free credits.
   
   b) New Users (i.e., users making their first booking now with Sendhelper) will be able to avail the offer by booking via
              - Booking Form (https://sendhelpersg.typeform.com/buyonegetone)
              - Mobile Application
              - Our Website (www.sendhelper.com)
   For bookings via Booking Form
   Our Customer Service Team will contact you withing 24 hours via email and/or via WhatsApp and/or via email to confirm your service and payment details. Following successful completion of the first service, you will receive free credits in your Sendhelper account to be able to complete your second service for free. You may use the free credits for any service of your choice.  
   For bookings via Mobile Application and Website
   Cleaning:
   - Contact our Customer Service Team at info@sendhelper.com or via WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim free credits.
    - Use the code “1FOR1” to get the service at effective price of $12.5 per hour i.e., $25 per hour is effectively $12.5 per hour with the next free session. After completion of first booking, free credits will be added to your account.  
   Aircon and Handyman:
   - Contact our customer service team at info@sendhelper.com or via WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim free credits.

2. This promotion is not valid for recurring services or AC Servicing Annual Contracts; and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

3. Users eligible for the promotion can schedule the complimentary service on any day on or before 31st December 2023.
   ‍
4. Users are not permitted to cancel any bookings pertaining to this campaign during the promotion period.  
   ‍
5. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

6. Sendhelper's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
