SendPay Credits Promotion: Additional Credits to All Customers

Terms and Conditions

1. All customers who purchase SendPay credit packages will receive an additional amount of free credits, equal to twice the existing free credits included with the packages. Customers who opt for FLEXI Top Up are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Packages eligible for this promotion are Super Duper Saver, Super Saver and Saver.

3. This promotion is valid from 21 November to 30November 2023.

4. Customers must email info@sendhelper.com from their email address registered with Sendhelper to claim the extra FREE credits.

5. The additional credits will be added to customers’ Sendhelper account within 3 days after receiving the claim request via email.

6. Credits cannot be used as a payment method for recurring home services.
   ‍
7. Credits must be utilised within 12 months of purchase.
   ‍
8. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   ‍
9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

10. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

11. All decisions made by Sendhelper regarding the promotion are final.

12. Sendhelper is not responsible for any technical issues, lost emails, or delays in claiming free credits.

13. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
