Terms & Conditions

1. $25 will be applied on the first booking of any home service with successful input of the promotional code “HOME25” on the Sendhelper app.
2. Offer is valid with bookings done between 1st March 2023 and 30th April 2023 and completed between 1st March 2023 and 30th April 2023.
3. The promotional code “HOME25” is applicable to first-time users and can be used once only.
4. The promotional code is applicable with a minimum order value of $100. In case of recurring services, the discount will be applied on the total bill for the first cycle only.
5. The promotional code is available to the first 500 users only.
6. Claimants shall be required to key in the promotional code “HOME25” to get the offer. If the claimant fails to apply the promotional code “HOME25” at the time of booking, the booking shall be deemed not eligible for the promotion.
7. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period.
8. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
9. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
10. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
