1. Book and complete a Cleaning or Aircon servicing with the promo code WELCOME between 1st August and 31st August 2024 and contact our customer service team at info@sendhelper.com or via WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim a free service of equivalent value.

2. This promotion is only applicable for selected customers.

3. This promo code ‘WELCOME’ can only be used once per user.  

4. For Aircon Servicing, the promotion is applicable for normal services only. The value of add-ons, material charges and customised services will not be taken into account.  

5. This promotion is not valid for Aircon Servicing Annual Contracts and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.  

6. The maximum value for complimentary services is limited to $500.

7. The complimentary session will be scheduled by the Sendhelper team based on the availability of service providers.  

8. Users are not permitted to cancel any bookings pertaining to this campaign during the promotion period.  

9. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

10. Sendhelper's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
