Position: Operations Executive
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Management
- Respond to customer enquiries (via phone and email) and feedback to continuously improve product & service quality
- Work closely with the technical team to improve the product features
- Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality, and recommend it to the management for implementation
- Prepare customer communication material on a regular basis
Requirements
- Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous.
- High level of energy and a sociable personality
