Position: Operations Executive


  • Customer Experience Management
  • Respond to customer enquiries (via phone and email) and feedback to continuously improve product & service quality
  • Work closely with the technical team to improve the product features
  • Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality, and recommend it to the management for implementation
  • Prepare customer communication material on a regular basis


  • Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous.
