1. The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of Singapore.

3. The prize for the giveaway is a FREE tri-yearly Aircon Servicing for 2 air conditioner units. The price is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. The winner will be selected based on the highest number of likes received for their comment on the giveaway post. In the event of a tie, Sendhelper will randomly select the winner from the tied entries.

5. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within five days of the end of the giveaway. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, Sendhelper may choose an alternate winner.

6. By entering the giveaway, participants grant Sendhelper the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. By participating in the giveaway, participants release Sendhelper from any liability arising from the giveaway or the prize.
