25% off on all Home Services | November 2024

Terms & Conditions

1. A discount of up to 25% will be applied on any home service booking with successful input of the promo code JOY25 via the Sendhelper app or website. This promotion is not valid with recurring services, other discounts or promotions.  

2. The offer is valid with bookings made between 26th November 2024 and 30th November 2024 and completed between 26th November 2024 and 30th November 2024.  

3. The promo code JOY25 can be used once only.  

4. A minimum spending of $75 is required to successfully apply the code.

5. 25% off is entitled to up to a discount of $22.5 only.

6. For non-hourly services, the discount shall be applicable to labour charges only.

7. Claimants shall be required to key in the promo code JOY25 to get the offer. If the claimant fails to apply the promo code JOY25 at the time of booking, the booking shall be deemed not eligible for the promotion.  

8. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period.

9. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.  

10. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.  

11. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
