- Campaign Period
The Spin the Wheel contest will run from 10th November to 17th November 2024. All entries must be made during this period. Sendhelper reserves the right to amend or extend the campaign or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Eligibility
• The contest is open to residents of Singapore, aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must have a valid Sendhelper account to claim their prize.
• Employees of Sendhelper are not eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
• To participate, users must visit the designated campaign page and spin the wheel during the campaign period.
• Each user is allowed only one spin per account for the duration of the campaign.
• The discount received from the Spin the Wheel will be randomly determined.
- Prizes
Participants stand a chance to win one of the following discounts:
• 100% off on one home service (maximum discount redeemable is $100)
• 50% off on one home service (maximum discount redeemable is $100)
• 30% off on one home service (maximum discount redeemable is $100)
The discount can only be applied to a single booking and is non-transferable.
- Redemption
• Winners will receive a discount code after spinning the wheel.
• To redeem the discount, the code must be entered at checkout when booking a service through Sendhelper.
• Discount codes are valid for bookings made and service completed before December 01, 2024.
• Only one discount code can be used per booking, and it cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Exclusions
• The discount does not apply to subscription-based home services.
• The discount does not cover additional charges, such as materials or special requests.
• Services booked outside of the campaign period are not eligible for the discount.
- Modification and Cancellation
Sendhelper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time, without prior notice, if it believes the contest has been compromised or is no longer feasible.
- Liability
Sendhelper will not be responsible for any technical or other issues that prevent a user from participating in the campaign or redeeming their prize.
- Privacy
By participating in the campaign, participants agree to Sendhelper’s privacy policy and the use of their personal information for campaign-related communications.
- Governing Law
The terms and conditions of this campaign are governed by the laws of Singapore. In case of disputes, Sendhelper’s decision will be final.
