Terms & Conditions

1. 10% will be applied on laundry service with successful input of the promo code “LAUNDRYNOW” on the Sendhelper app or website. This promotion is not valid with recurring services, other discounts or promotions.
2. The booking and completion of the service should be done between 7 August 2024 and 14 August 2024.
3. The promo code “LAUNDRYNOW” can only be used once.
4. Claimants shall be required to key in the promo code “LAUNDRYNOW” to get the offer. If the claimant fails to apply the promo code "LAUNDRYNOW" at the time of booking, the booking shall be deemed not eligible for the promotion.
5. A minimum spending of $50 is required to apply the promo code "LAUNDRYNOW" successfully.  
6. The maximum discount amount that can be redeemed is $5.
7. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period. If you wish to cancel and re-book, please contact us at info@sendhelper.com or +65 93875891.
8. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
9. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
10. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information & a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
